Kate Forster is the culture manager at Caliber, where she leads all people-focused initiatives such as recruiting, training and professional development.
Kate’s role is to ensure Caliber’s vision, mission, goals and company values are upheld in all aspects of the work we do. We understand that having a strong connection to our team creates an atmosphere of positivity that is pervasive. Kate champions our company culture initiatives including Caliber’s wellness benefits and the Caliber College of Public Relations program.
Prior to joining Caliber, Kate supported the chief innovation officer at the NeuroLeadership Institute, a human capital consulting firm focused on performance management, culture change, and diversity and inclusion. She also worked at hedge fund Meru Capital in New York City, and helped with copy editing and submitting thought leadership articles for financial publications.
Kate earned her B.S. in public relations with a minor in psychology from Kent State University.
